2. The Purpose of Our processing of Your personal data

To enable Us to provide You with the service of matching Your profile against the Employers’ requests and wishes on candidate profiles as well as matching recommendations and referrals to the relevant Employers, all to connect you with potential Employers to ensure that You don't miss out on exciting career opportunities We must share Your relevant personal data with these potential Employers.

You, which means Your personal data, are what We promote and match against the Employers’ specifications. This means that the legal basis for Our processing of Your data is Your explicit Consentwhen You adhere to Our Terms of Use and accepting this Our Privacy Commitment to You, through this Tick-the-box Agreement and Performance of Our Contractual Obligations to You.

We reserve the right and ask for Your explicit Consent to verify the validity of the statements submitted by You and Recommenders for the purpose of maintaining the integrity of the Service. 5. Who we will share Your personal data with

The potential Employers
The Employers are contractually obligated to use the data only for the intended purposes specified by us in a mutual Data Sharing Agreement.

Our Service Providers
We use service providers, acting on Our behalf, who may have access to Your personal data, in particular:
IT service providers, notably for the purposes of IT maintenance, IT access management, IT problem management and data hosting;
SaaS-providers of applications required for the Service to function smoothly, customer support ticketing and digital marketing.

The service providers are contractually obligated to use the data only in ways and for purposes specified by us as the Controller.

Please note that We only share Your personal data with recipients who have a legitimate need to access it.

Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area.
